The attention to detail was really surprising- your medium is perfect for such graphic art, and it exhibits that kind of vibrance and quality while you manage to create beautiful detail. The color choice and striped background instill a feeling of unhealthiness- seriously. Even without the cigarette I would know instantly that this wasn't a happy-bright-sunshiney piece. What I love most is that you could have used red for lips but chose blue- it goes wonderfully alongside the smoke and fits your purpose to depict unhealthy living. Great work!
ahh i love it! i probally said this before about your pieces but that fact that it is so cartoony yet soo realistic is really cool. your use of the medium and colors is really good. also the fact that you made the background just as important as the main focus works well in this piece. great job!!
this is amazing! i love your color choice. the creases in the fingers could have maybe been a little more defined. other than that i think it is a truly great painting. nice work!
